How is the shipping so much faster?
Our custom builds typically take 7–8 weeks. To help customers who need a faster solution, we keep one Queen Douglas with sides pre-built and ready in our spray booth for finishing.
Once you choose your paint or stain and cabinet configuration, we move directly to finishing and delivery.
Limited availability — when it’s sold, the next one is approximately 2-4 weeks out from being replaced.
Can I choose the configuration of the side cabinets?
Yes! Even with the 2-3 week timeline, you can select the cabinet style that fits your needs whether you want open shelving, drawers or base door only.
Do you ship outside of Vancouver Island?
Yes we ship to Vancouver and the mainland weekly! Please contact us for specific shipping zones as delivery pricing can vary.
What kind of mattress can I use?
Our beds can hold mattresses, 12'' thickness and below. Our beds included mattresses specifically chosen to fit the depth and balance of our Murphy Beds.
Is the installation really included?
Yes we included installation with all of our Murphy Beds, delivery charges can vary depending on distance. We provide a professional installation to ensure the spring mechanism is balanced and the frame is safely secured to your wall studs.
